Signing of the final agreement regarding the sale of shares in PGE PAK Energia Jądrowa SA

Further to Current Reports No. 2/2025 dated January 23, 2025, 13/2025 dated July 1, 2025, and 27/2025 dated October 16, 2025, the Management Board of ZE PAK S.A. ("Company") hereby announces that on October 17, 2025, the Company signed a final agreement with PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE") for the sale of shares in PGE PAK Energia Jądrowa S.A. ("PGE PAK EJ") to PGE ("Promised Agreement").
The acquisition of shares, pursuant to Article 3289 of the Commercial Companies Code, will occur upon entry in the shareholder register.
