Content of the report:
In relations to the current report no. 3/2025 of April 25, 2025, ZE PAK SA („Company”) hereby announces that on September 25, 2025, CCGT Sp. z o.o. (a subsidiary of the Company) (the “Borrower”) signed Annex No. 1 to the loan agreement with EFG Bank with its registered office in Luxembourg, increasing the loan amount to PLN 760 million and extending the repayment date to December 31, 2026.
