Notification letter from Argumenol Investment Company Limited

Content of the report:
ZE PAK SA („Spółka”) informs about receiving a notification letter form the Company’s shareholder, i.e. Argumenol Investment Company Limited seated in Limassol, Cyprus („Argumenol”) regarding the temporary injunctions issued upon a request of advocates acting for Piotr Mateusz Żak, Aleksandra Jadwiga Żak and Tobias Markus Solorz.
According to Argumenol, the said temporary injunctions have no force or effect in Poland and do not affect or in any way alter the ownership or management of ZE PAK SA and they do not in any way affect the day-to-day operational activities of ZE PAK SA or its subsidiaries.
The received notification letter is attached to this current report.
