Change of the publication date of the standalone and consolidated annual report for 2023

Contents of the report:
ZE PAK Spółka Akcyjna („Company”) informs about the change of the publication date of standalone and consolidated annual report for 2023, about which the Company informed in the current report no. 1/2024 dated January 17, 2024, and which was to take place on April 17, 2024.
The standalone and consolidated annual report for 2023 will be published on April 23, 2024. On the same day, the consolidated report on payments for public administration for the financial year 2023 will be published as well.
Legal basis: § 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
