Change in the composition of the Supervisory Board of ZE PAK SA

Contents of the report:
ZE PAK SA informs that on April 13, 2023, Mr. Maciej Stec submitted a statement of resignation from the function of a Member of the Supervisory Board of ZE PAK SA.
Mr. Maciej Stec gave the reason for his resignation as the planned appointment to the Management Board of PGE PAK Energia Jądrowa S.A. based in Konin.
Legal basis: § 5 point 4) i and § 9 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state.
