Conclusion of the contract for the sale of 20 hydrogen-powered electric buses by PAK-PCE Polski Autobus Wodorowy sp. z o.o.

Contents of the report:
The Management Board of ZE PAK SA ("Company"), with reference to the current report No. 3/2023 of February 3, 2023 and No. 4/2023 of February 8, 2023, informs that as a result of a tender won in a public proceeding, PAK - PCE Polski Autobus Wodorowy sp. z o.o. (an indirect subsidiary of the Company) ("Contractor"), on March 28, 2023, concluded an agreement ("Agreement") with the City of Rybnik for the performance of the task entitled "Purchase of 20 hydrogen-powered electric buses."
Pursuant to the provisions of the Agreement, the remuneration for the performance of the subject of the Agreement was set at PLN 66.1 million gross and will be settled for each bus separately after signing the final acceptance protocol - bus delivery.
The order completion date is set for a period of up to 240 days from the date of signing the Agreement. The guarantee of proper performance of works in accordance with the Agreement will be granted for a period of 73 months.
Reliable and timely implementation of the subject of the Agreement is secured by contractual penalties.
Other provisions of the Agreement do not differ significantly from those used in this type of agreements.
