Contents of the report:

ZE PAK S.A. („Company”) informs that on February 21, 2023 PAK-PCE Stacje H2 sp. z o.o. (an indirect subsidiary of the Company) ("Stacje H2"), concluded an agreement for co-financing in the form of a subsidy ("Agreement") with the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management ("NFOŚiGW"), according to which Stacje H2 will receive a subsidy in the amount of PLN 20 million ("Co-financing"), which will be allocated to the construction of a network of generally accessible hydrogen refuelling stations in five cities in Poland ("Project"). The co-financing was granted under the priority program of the NFOŚiGW "Support for infrastructure for charging electric vehicles and infrastructure for refuelling with hydrogen", the purpose of which is to develop infrastructure that reduces the number of vehicles emitting pollutants, and thus  to improve air quality.

The stations are to be built by June 30, 2024. The construction of the stations is to enable the refuelling of vehicles using hydrogen as fuel. Thus, hydrogen becomes an alternative to traditional, emission-intensive fossil fuels used in transport. The planned total cost of the Project will amount to PLN 57.4 million.

Pursuant to the Agreement, the amount of the Co-financing may not exceed 34.85% of the eligible costs of the implemented Project and may not be used to cover costs incurred before March 31, 2022.

In the event that during the implementation of the Project the actual costs of its implementation turn out to be lower than expected, the amount of the Co-financing may be proportionally reduced.
