Notification regarding invalidation of the selection of the most favourable bid in the public proceedings entitled „Purchase of 20 hydrogen-powered electric buses”

Contents of the report:
The Management Board of ZE PAK SA ("Company"), with reference to the current report No. 3/2023 of February 3, 2023, informs that on February 8, 2023, PAK-PCE Polski Autobus Wodorowy sp. z o.o. (an indirect subsidiary of the Company) received information from Rybnik City Hall ("Ordering Party") that in connection with the request of one of the potential contractors for disclosure of proprietary information in the bid of PAK-PCE Polski Autobus Wodorowy sp. z o.o. as a trade secret, the Ordering Party invalidates the assessment and selection of the most favourable bid in the public procurement for the "Purchase of 20 hydrogen-powered electric buses" ("Proceedings"), in which the bid of PAK-PCE Polski Autobus Wodorowy sp. z o.o. was selected as the most favourable.
Simultaneously, the Ordering Party informed about its intention to re-examine the bids and select the most advantageous bid for the above-mentioned task. Immediately after receiving the information, the Company will publish information on the outcome of the Proceedings in a separate current report.
