Notification of the selection of PAK-PCE Polish Hydrogen Bus sp. z o.o. for the contractor of the task in public proceedings entitled "Purchase of 20 hydrogen-powered electric buses"

Contents of the report:
The Management Board of ZE PAK SA („Company”) informs that on February 3, 2023, an indirect subsidiary of the Company, i.e. PAK-PCE Polski Autobus Wodorowy sp. z o.o., received notification from Rybnik City Hall („Ordering Party”) regarding the results of the public procurement procedure for „Purchase of 20 hydrogen-powered electric buses”, in which the Ordering Party has informed about selecting the bid of PAK-PCE Polski Autobus Wodorowy sp. z o.o. (“Contractor”) as the most favourable for the above task.
Pursuant to the provisions of the bid, the Contractor undertook to produce and deliver 20 hydrogen-powered electric buses in three deliveries for the net amount of PLN 53.78 million. The remuneration will be settled in three tranches counted from the date of signing the contract, which is at the finalization stage.
The deadline for completing the deliveries is set at 240 days from the date of signing the contract. The guarantee for the delivered items of the order has been specified for a period of 73 months.
