Notification of exceeding the threshold in a significant shareholding

Contents of the report:
ZE PAK SA ("Company") hereby encloses the notification received by the Company on January 9, 2023, regarding the change in the share in the total number of votes at the general meeting of the Company, provided to the Company by Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska SA managing Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (Allianz OFE), managing Allianz Polska Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny (Allianz DFE), which as a result of the merger on December 30, 2022 with Aviva Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Aviva Santander Spółka Akcyjna, managing Drugi Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (Drugi Allianz OFE), pursuant to art. 69 in conjunction with Art. 87 sec. 1 point 2b of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on Public Companies, increased the share in the share capital and the total number of votes of ZE PAK SA on the accounts of Allianz OFE, Allianz DFE and Drugi Allianz OFE above 5%.
