Acquisition of a wind project by the subsidiary of ZE PAK SA, i.e. PAK-Polska Czysta Energia sp. z o.o.

Contents of the report:
The Management Board of ZE PAK SA („Company”) informs that on December 2, 2022, PAK-Polska Czysta Energia sp. z o.o. seated in Konin (i.e. subsidiary of the Company) („PAK-PCE”) acquired from natural person („Seller”) 100 (one hundred) shares with a nominal value of PLN 50.00 (fifty złotych) each („Shares”), representing in total 100% of shares in the share capital of the company named Elektrownie Wiatrowe Dobra sp. z o.o. seated in Łódź („Project Company”).
PAK-PCE acquired the Shares from the Seller („Transaction”) as part of the investment project consisting in the implementation of RES installations in the area of Dobra commune, Turek poviat, Wielkopolskie voivodship („Investment Project”).
The Investment Project provides for the construction of a wind farm consisting of 2 (two) wind turbines with a total capacity of 7.8 MW („Farm”). The wind conditions in this region make it possible to estimate the annual production of the farm at approx. 24 GWh. The project has a complete set of administrative and legal permits allowing for the commencement of construction works on wind turbines. The total estimated capital expenditure related to the acquisition and implementation of the Farm will amount to nearly EUR 17 million.
