Conclusion of a loan agreement by PAK-Polska Czysta Energia sp. z o.o.

Contents of the report:
ZE PAK S.A. („Company”) informs that on September 6, 2022, PAK Polska Czysta Energia sp. z o.o. (a subsidiary of the Company) („Borrower”) signed a loan agreement („Agreement”) with Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, on the basis of which a loan („Loan”) will be made available to the Borrower in the amount of up to PLN 160 million, which may be paid out in PLN or EUR. The obtained funds will be used to finance the implementation of an investment project involving the construction of a wind farm consisting of 23 (twenty-three) wind turbines with a total capacity of 50.6 MW within Potęgowo commune, inter alia by purchasing the shares in Eviva Lębork sp. z o.o. (to which the current report no. 29/2022 of August 29, 2022 refers). According to the provisions of the Agreement, the Loan repayment date has been set by December 31, 2025. The financial terms as well as other terms of the Agreement do not differ from the market terms.
