Registration of amendments to the Articles of Association of ZE PAK SA

Contents of the report:
The Management Board of ZE PAK SA („Company”) informs that it has received information that the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, IX Commercial Division of the National Court Register, on June 14, 2022, registered the amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of ZE PAK SA on March 10, 2022, consisting in the repeal of the current content of the Company’s Articles of Association in its entirety and then adoption of the new content and the unified text of ZE PAK SA Articles of Association.
By Resolution no. 1270/2022/VIII, the Supervisory Board gave a positive opinion on the amendments introduced to the Articles of Association and the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, by the resolution no. 3 of March 10, 2022 adopted the unified text of the Articles of Association enclosed to this current report.
Legal basis: § 5 item 1) and § 6 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
