Change of the publication date of standalone and consolidated annual report for 2021

Contents of the report:
ZE PAK Spółka Akcyjna („Company”) informs about the change of the publication date of standalone and consolidated annual report for 2021, about which the Company informed in the current report no. 1/2022 dated January 26, 2022 and in the current report no. 13/2022 dated April 11, 2022.
The postponement of the deadline is related to the technical aspects of adapting the report to the XBRL format.
The standalone and consolidated annual report for 2021 will be published on April 30, 2022. On the same day, the consolidated report on payments for public administration for the financial year 2021 will be published as well.
Legal basis: § 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
