Correction of the current report no. 16/2022: Resolutions adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of ZE PAK SA on 22 April 2022

Contents of the report:
ZE PAK Spółka Akcyjna („Company”) informs that there was a mistake in the current report no. 16/2022 dated April 22, 2022.
The mistake concerns the following part of the report: „ZE PAK SA („Company”) presents attached the resolutions adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on 22 April 2022 together with voting results. No objections were raised to the minutes.”
The above part of the report should be as follows: „ZE PAK SA („Company”) presents attached the resolutions adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on 22 April 2022 together with voting results. An objection was raised to the protocol by the attorney of the shareholder of Uniqa Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, which related to Resolution No. 6.”
Legal basis: 19 section 1 point 6 and 9 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
