Preliminary results of the capacity market auction

With reference to current reports No. 28/2021 and 28/2021/K of December 16, 2021, ZE PAK Spółka Akcyjna ("Company") informs that Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne SA has published the preliminary results of the main auction for the delivery year 2026, informing that the auction ended in 1st round with a closing price of 400.39 PLN/kW/year.
As a result of the above auction, after the final announcement of the results by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, PAK CCGT sp. z o.o. (a subsidiary of the Company) will conclude a capacity agreement for 17 years of supply by contracting 493MW of the capacity obligation for a new capacity market unit.
The value of the contract for the first year of deliveries at constant prices for 2026, excluding inflation, amounts to PLN 197,392,270.00.
