Change of the publication date of standalone and consolidated annual report for 2020

Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin Spółka Akcyjna („Company”) informs about the change of the publication date of standalone and consolidated annual report for 2020, about which the Company informed in the current reports no. 4/2021 dated January 26, 2021 and no. 11/2021 dated April 6, 2021.
The standalone and consolidated annual report for 2020 will be published on April 19, 2021. On the same day, the consolidated report on payments for public administration for the financial year 2020 will be published as well.
Legal basis: § 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
