Registration of amendments to the Articles of Association of ZE PAK SA

Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin SA ("Company") informs that it has received information that the District Court Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, IX Commercial Division of the National Court Register, on December 1, 2020, registered the amendments to the Articles of Association adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of ZE PAK SA on September 17, 2020, by expanding the subject of the Company's activity, adding the following point in §4 of the Company's Articles of Association:
„59) retail sale of fuel for motor vehicles in the fuel stations (PKD 47.30.Z).”
By Resolution no. 4 of September 17, 2020, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company authorized the Supervisory Board of the Company to prepare a unified text of the Articles of Association of ZE PAK SA, taking into account the change made pursuant to this resolution.
By Resolution no. 1077/2020/VIII, the Supervisory Board adopted the consolidated text of the Articles of Association, which is attached to this report.
Legal basis: § 5 item 1) and § 6 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
