Information on discontinuation of activities aimed at the exploitation of new lignite deposits

Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin SA („Company”) informs that on December 2, 2020, the Management Board of PAK KWB Konin SA (a subsidiary of the Company) adopted a resolution to resign from activities and investments aimed at the implementation of projects consisting in extraction of lignite and associated minerals from Piaski, Dęby Szlacheckie and Ościsłowo deposits. These resolutions require the approval of the Supervisory Board of PAK KWB Konin SA.
If such approval is obtained, all necessary steps will be taken to formally withdraw from the initiated proceedings to obtain decisions aimed at exploiting the above-mentioned deposits.
