Registration of amendments to the Articles of Association of ZE PAK SA

Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin SA ("Company") informs that it has received information that the District Court Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, IX Commercial Division of the National Court Register, on September 10, 2020, registered the amendments to the Articles of Association adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of ZE PAK SA on June 19, 2020, by expanding the subject of the Company's activity, adding the following points in §4 of the Company's Articles of Association:
„56) Wholesale of fuels and related products (PKD 46.71.Z),
57) Accounting, bookkeeping and auditing activities; tax consultancy (PKD 69.20.Z),
58) Business and other management consultancy activities (PKD 70.22.Z).”
By Resolution No. 28 of June 19, 2020, the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company authorized the Supervisory Board of the Company to prepare a unified text of the Articles of Association of ZE PAK SA, taking into account the change made pursuant to this resolution.
By Resolution No. 1063/2020/VIII, the Supervisory Board adopted the consolidated text of the Articles of Association, which is attached to this report.
Legal basis: § 5 item 1) and § 6 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
