Application of a candidate for a Member of the Supervisory Board

Contents of the report:

Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin Spółka Akcyjna („Company”) informs that on 17 June 2020 the Company received a letter from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU SA - representing PZU Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny "Złota Jesień" containing the application of Mr. Alojzy Z. Nowak to the Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company. The notification concerns the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for June 19, 2020, and one of its points of the agenda are changes in the Supervisory Board of the Company.

Attached to this report, the Company submits the received application and CV along with the candidate's statement also containing the consent to stand.

Legal basis: § 19 item 1 point 4) of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
