Resignation from the Supervisory Board of ZE PAK SA

Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin SA („Company”, „ZE PAK SA”) informs that on 9 June 2020 the Company has received a resignation of Mr. Piotr Stępniak from performing the function of a Member of the Supervisory Board of ZE PAK SA with effect as of the day of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for the financial year 2019.
The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders is planned for 19 June 2020.
Mr. Piotr Stępniak did not give any reason for submitting his resignation.
Legal basis: § 5 item 4) and § 9 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
