Correction of the standalone financial annual report for 2019

Content of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin SA informs that on April 3, 2020, when publishing the standalone financial annual report for 2019, due to technical problems, two attachments were not attached to the report: Sheet: INTRODUCTION TO THE FINANCIAL STATEMENT and Sheet: B. ADDITIONAL EXPLANATORY NOTES. The publication of the individual annual report for 2019 supplemented by the above-mentioned missing attachments will take place today.
Legal basis: § 15 section 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
