Change of the publication date of standalone and consolidated annual report for 2019

Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin Spółka Akcyjna („Company”) informs about the change of the publication date of standalone and consolidated annual report for 2019, about which the Company informed in the current report no. 1/2020 dated 29 January 2020.
The standalone and consolidated annual report for 2019 will be published on April 3, 2020. On the same day, the consolidated report on payments for public administration for the financial year 2019 will be published as well.
The reason for postponing the publication date is the progress of work on impairment tests of assets (in accordance with IAS 36 and NAS 4). If it is necessary to make revaluation write-offs, the Company will inform about it in a separate current report.
Legal basis: § 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
