Notification of acquisition of company shares

Zespół Elektrowni "Pątnów-Adamów-Konin" SA ("the Company") hereby encloses the notification regarding the purchase of the Company's shares forwarded to the Company by Argumenol Investment Company Limited with its registered office in Limassol, Cyprus, pursuant to art. 69 clause 1 point 1) and art. 69 clause 2 point 1) lit. a and in connection with art. 77 section 7 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to organized trading, and on public companies (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 623), which was received by the Company on September 27, 2019.
At the same time, the Company indicates that information regarding the acquisition of the Company's shares by Argumenol Investment Company Limited as a result of settlement of the transaction of the purchase of the Company's shares made as part of the call to subscribe for the sale of the Company's shares announced on July 30, 2019 has already been publicly known. The above information was disclosed to the public in an attachment to current report No. 27/2019 of September 28, 2019.
