Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni "Pątnów-Adamów-Konin" SA ("Company") hereby encloses the notification regarding the acquisition of shares, provided to the Company by IB 8 Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych pursuant to art. 69a item 1 point 3) in connection with art. 69 item 1 point 1) and art. 69 item 2 point 1) letter a) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offerings and conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organized trading, and on public companies (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 623).
