Application of a candidate for a Member of the Supervisory Board

Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin Spółka Akcyjna („the Company”) informs that on April 11, 2019, the Company received a letter from Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, represented by Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., containing the application of Mr. Grzegorz Krystek to the Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company. The notification concerns the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for March 29, 2019 and terminated until April 15, 2019, the agenda of which includes the changes in the Supervisory Board of the Company.

Attached to this report, the Company submits the received application and CV along with the candidate's statement also containing the consent to stand.

Legal basis: § 19 item 1 point 4) of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
