Change of the publication date of standalone and consolidated annual report for 2018

Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin Spółka Akcyjna („the Company”) informs about the change of the publication date of standalone and consolidated annual report for 2018, about which the Company informed in the current report No. 4/2019 dated 30 January 2019.
The standalone and consolidated annual report for 2018 will be published on April 26, 2019. On the same day, the consolidated report on payments for public administration for the financial year 2018 will be published as well.
Legal basis: § 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 February 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
