Application of a candidate for a Member of the Supervisory Board

Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni „Pątnów-Adamów-Konin” Spółka Akcyjna („the Company”) informs that on March 26, 2019, the Company received a letter from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU SA, representing PZU Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny "Złota Jesień" containing the application of Mr. Piotr Stępniak to the Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company. The notification concerns the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for March 29, 2019, and one of its points of the agenda are changes in the Supervisory Board of the Company.
Attached to this report, the Company submits the received application and CV along with the candidate's statement also containing the consent to stand.
Legal basis: § 19 item 1 point 4) of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
