Launching a multi-purpose credit limit

Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin SA („the Company”) informs that on February 21, 2019, the Company was notified of the launch of a multi-purpose credit limit ("Credit Limit") up to PLN 100 million.
The multi-purpose credit limit agreement was signed between the Company and Bank Polska Kasa Opieki SA („Bank”).
The Credit Limit was made available immediately after the security was established for the benefit of the Bank in the form of:
- a power of attorney granted to the Bank by the Company to manage all current accounts of the Company maintained by the Bank,
- the Company's statement on submission to enforcement pursuant to art. 777 § 1 point 5 of the Act of November 17, 1964, the Code of Civil Procedure, containing the Company's obligation to pay a sum of money up to 150% of the limit, by 30 November 2021, in a form and content acceptable by the Bank.
The limit has been made available to the Company for the period up to November 30, 2019, with the reservation that:
- the amount in the period up to June 29, 2019 is PLN 100 million,
- the amount in the period from June 30, 2019 to September 29, 2019 is PLN 75 million,
- the amount in the period from September 30, 2019 to November 30, 2019 is PLN 50 million.
Other conditions of the Credit Limit do not differ from those generally applicable on the market.
