Information on the intention to build a solar farm

Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin SA (the "Company") hereby informs about the directional consent of the Supervisory Board for the implementation of the investment consisting in the construction of a solar farm with an estimated capacity of approximately 70 MWp. The planned farm is to be built on reclaimed land previously mined in the area of approximately 110 hectares, in Brudzew commune in Turek district.
The investment is expected to be completed within approximately 24 months (including the "pre-investment" period, i.e. design, administrative decisions, etc.), and the expected cost of constructing a farm with a power output system is expected to amount to approximately PLN 200 million.
At the same time, the Company stipulates that the implementation of the project requires obtaining the necessary administrative decisions and formal and legal consents as well as obtaining the desired financing structure for the project.
