Contents of the report:

Zespół Elektrowni „Pątnów-Adamów-Konin” SA (The "Company") announces that the shareholders who were present at the Ordinary General Meeting ("OGM of the Company") on 22 June 2018 held 37 644 665 votes.

 

The shareholders who held at least 5% of votes of the OGM of the Company on 22 June 2018 were the following:

- ARGUMENOL INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED holding 15 407 773 votes, which represented 40.93% of the votes at OGM of the Company and 30.3% of total votes;

- TRIGON XIX FIZ holding 10 004 001 votes, which represented 26.57% of the votes at OGM of the Company and 19.7% of total votes;

- TOWARZYSTWO FUNDUSZY INWESTYCYJNYCH PZU SA holding 3 564 000 votes, which represented 9.47% of the votes at OGM of the Company and 7.01% of total votes;

- OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY PZU "ZŁOTA JESIEŃ" holding 3 380 000 votes, which represented 8.98% of the votes at OGM of the Company and 6.65% of total votes;

- NATIONALE-NEDERLANDEN OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY holding 2 500 000 votes, which represented 6.64% of the votes at OGM of the Company and 4.92% of total votes;

- AXA OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY holding 1 913 844 votes, which represented 5.08% of the votes at OGM of the Company and 3.77% of total votes.

 

 

The total number of shares issued by the Company and total number of votes conferred by the shares is 50 823 547.
