Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin SA („Company”) informs that on May 9, 2018 the Supervisory Board issued a positive opinion on the proposal of the Management Board regarding the distribution of net profit for the financial year ended December 31, 2017, about which the Company informed in current report No. 3/2018 on May 8, 2018.
The proposal of the Board as well as the opinion of the Supervisory Board will be submitted to the General Meeting, in order to make the final decision regarding the distribution of net profit for 2017.
