The opening of the liquidation procedure of 4 subsidiaries

Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni "Pątnów-Adamów-Konin" SA ("the Company") informs that Extraordinary General Meetings of Shareholders of four subsidiaries of the Company ie.: Energoinwest SERWIS sp. z o.o., EL PAK Serwis sp. z o.o., AQUAKON sp. z o.o. oraz Eko-Surowce sp. z o.o. on 1 August 2017 adopted resolutions on dissolution of the mentioned companies and the opening of their liquidation on 1 August 2017.
The liquidator of all the mentioned comapnies, designated by the Extraordinary General Meetings of Shareholders of each of the company is Mr. Sławomir Krysztofowicz.
Application for opening of liquidation proceedings of the companies will be submitted to the District Court for Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda, IX Commercial Division of the National Court Register in Poznań.
Initiated liquidations are the consequence of the restructuring of ancillary activities to the main segments of the capital group. Activities carried out by the mentioned companies will be carried out by PAK Górnictwo sp. z o.o. which enters into the rights and obligations of the liquidated companies.
Legal basis: § 5 section 1 item 24 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
