Completion of information about the Supervisory Board of ZE PAK SA of the new term

Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni "Pątnów-Adamów-Konin" SA ("the Company"), in refer to current report no. 9/2017 concerning appointment of Supervisory Board of a new term, informs that at the meeting held on 29 June 2017 the Supervisory Board chose:
- Mr Wiesław Walendziak for President of the Supervisory Board
- Mr Tomasz Szeląg for Deputy President of the Supervisory Board
- Mr Wojciech Piskorz for Secretary of the Supervisory Board.
Resolutions concerning the above election came into force upon adoption.
In the annex to this report, the Company also provides CVs of all members of the Supervisory Board of the 7th term of office, including information on education, qualifications and positions held previously, together with a description of the professional career.
Legal basis: § 5 section 1 item 22 and § 28 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
