List of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin S.A. on 28 June 2017

Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni „Pątnów-Adamów-Konin” S.A. (The "Company") announces that the shareholders who were present at the Ordinary General Meeting ("OGM of the Company") on 28 June 2017, held 37 496 975 votes.
The shareholders who held at least 5% of votes at the OGM of the Company on 28 June 2016 were the following:
- ARGUMENOL INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED holding 15 407 773 votes, which represented 41.1% of the votes at the OGM of the Company and 30.3% of total votes;
- TRIGON XIX FIZ holding 10 004 001 votes, which represented 26.7% of the votes at the OGM of the Company and 19.7% of total votes;
- TOWARZYSTWO FUNDUSZY INWESTYCYJNYCH PZU SA holding 4 973 727 votes, which represented 13.3% of the votes at the OGM of the Company and 9.8% of total votes;
- OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY PZU "ZŁOTA JESIEŃ" holding 3 300 000 votes, which represented 8.8% of the votes at the OGM of the Company and 6.5% of total votes;
- NATIONALE-NEDERLANDEN OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY holding 2 541 410 votes, which represented 6.8% of the votes at the OGM of the Company and 5.0% of total votes.
The total number of shares issued by the Company and total number of votes conferred by the shares is 50 823 547.
