Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin SA („Company”) announces that the shareholders who were present at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM of the Company") commenced on March 29, 2019 and continued on April 15, 2019 held 42 685 001 votes.
The shareholders who held at least 5% of votes of the EGM of the Company were the following:
- ARGUMENOL INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED holding 15 407 773 votes, which represented 36.10% of the votes at EGM of the Company and 30.32% of the total number of votes;
- TRIGON XIX FIZ holding 10 004 001 votes, which represented 23.44% of the votes at EGM of the Company and 19.68% of the total number of votes;
- OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY PZU "ZŁOTA JESIEŃ" holding 4 635 719 votes, which represented 10.86% of the votes at EGM of the Company and 9.12% of the total number of votes;
- NATIONALE-NEDERLANDEN OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY holding 4 503 242 votes, which represented 10.55% of the votes at EGM of the Company and 8.86% of the total number of votes;
- AVIVA OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY holding 2 514 306 votes, which represented 5.89% of the votes at EGM of the Company and 4.95% of the total number of votes;
The total number of shares issued by the Company and total number of votes conferred by the shares is 50 823 547.
Legal basis: Article 70 point 3 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies.
